Additional Details

Unit owners at Wilderness Point Resort will enjoy the maintenance free environment where all exterior cabin maintenance and the grounds are cared for by management company personnel. None of your valuable leisure time is spent putting in a dock or mowing the lawn. Your time is for relaxing and enjoying the amenities the resort and the Nisswa area have to offer. As a unit owner, you will be a member of the resort’s townhome association. All association members will be responsible for the payment of $250 per month homeowner dues to defray the cost of common area maintenance, liability insurance, dock installation and removal, lawn care, snow removal, beach area maintenance, real estate taxes on the common areas, etc. Each unit owner will have their own assigned boat slip for docking their own boat and for use with their own boat lift. One of four centralized docking systems will be located close to your unit to allow easy access; the resort’s on-site boat launch and fueling facility offer added convenience. When you or your friends or relatives are not using the unit, you may rent the unit through the resort rental management company and receive 65% of the rental proceeds.
