With beautiful lakeside views from all levels of this 2500 sq ft Twin Villa you will enjoy great sunrises and star gazing. It is positioned a little closer to the lake than those beside it so you have a greater sense of privacy from the porch, deck and patio. There is easy access to the lakeside trails outside the patio doors. The playground/beach area is an easy short walk from the garage side of the Villa. There is a one car attached garage with plenty of parking space for 2 additional vehicles in front.

The main level is high-lighted by a beautiful great room featuring a stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceiling, sofa, loveseat, TV, expandable dining table and newly added counter stools.  The full kitchen with granite counter tops includes all the basic necessities, with recent additions by new owners including large and small crock pot, panni press, electric hand mixer, Keurig coffee pot (traditional coffee maker as well). Off the great room is a log sided screened porch with additional table/seating, and deck with large gas grill, all with great views of the lake. The main level also includes a King bedroom with its own TV, attached bath with shower; a hall closet; and full size stack washer/dryer.

The upper level has views of the lake, beautiful wood ceiling and the great room below. This level features two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV. The other extra-large bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and large walk-in closet. A full size bath is also on this level.

The lower level great room includes a pool table, the sofa sleeper, large TV and sliding door access to the concrete patio, Villa fire pit and the lakeside trails. Jig saw puzzles, books and various games are available for renters use. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on this level. The lakeside bedroom features a King bed and the other bedroom has a Queen bed, both with their own TV.

In total the Villa has 2 King, 3 Queen and 1 Twin Bed plus the sofa sleeper. New Northwoods quilts and shower curtains recently added.

The home features high speed wireless internet through out, with USB ports added in some locations for ease of use. The 6 Roku TV’s are also operated via the Internet and feature access to over 100 channels.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly $50 per night per pet. Renters responsible for any damages.
