- Each Villa may park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- Additional vehicles and trailers must be parked in the overflow lot.
- Please do not park on resort roadways or grassy areas.
- The resort speed limit is 10 MPH and must be observed at all times.
- Pleasure riding is not permitted on resort grounds.
- UTVs/ATVs may be used only for transportation to and from designated trails.
- Please stay off mulch paths and grassy areas.
- Observe all posted speed limits.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- You will need the access code provided at check-in to enter the pool area.
- No alcohol, glass containers, or food are allowed in the pool area.

Some Villas are designated as pet friendly. If you brought your pet — welcome!
Please help us keep the resort enjoyable for everyone:
- Pets must be registered at check-in with a signed pet waiver on file.
- Pets must remain leashed outdoors.
- Do not leave pets unattended outside on a leash.
- Please clean up after your pet immediately.
- Consider using a crate or confinement indoors if your pet may cause damage.
If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly Villa without prior written approval:
- Guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund.
- A deep-cleaning fee (currently $450) will apply.
TV channels are internet-based streaming services.

- Please place full garbage and recycling in the outdoor bins provided.
- Trash pickup is typically around 9 AM, though schedules may vary depending on season and occupancy.

- Cardboard (depending on size)
Our resort operates on a septic system. Please help protect it.
Do NOT put down drains:
- Food debris
- Grease, oils, or fats
- Coffee grounds
- Chemicals or solvents
Toilets:
Please flush only toilet paper. Even products labeled “flushable” should be discarded in the trash.

- Remove wet, muddy, or sandy shoes before entering.
- Shoe/boot trays are located in the hall closet and garage.
- Rugs are placed at entrances for wiping shoes.
Please treat the Villa and furnishings with care. Villas and furnishings are privately owned.
Furniture, outdoor chairs, and supplies should remain with their assigned Villa and should not be shared between units.
- Guests are welcome to enjoy outdoor lawn areas.
- Please be respectful of neighboring guests and shared space.
- Outdoor chairs and tables should remain at their assigned Villa.
- Lakeside fire pits may be used with normal fire safety precautions.
- Please follow all fire restrictions and directions listed on the fire pit lid.
- Firewood is available for purchase through the resort office.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Wilderness Point is a family resort. Please be respectful of neighboring guests and keep noise levels appropriate, especially during quiet hours.
Failure to observe quiet hours may result in removal from the property without refund.
Before check-out, please:
- Fill and start the dishwasher
- Place all trash outside in the bins provided
- Report any damages or extra cleaning needs to the office
Check-Out Time: 9:00 AM
Please return keys to the office. Do not leave them in the unit.
